Clean lines, a matte white finish, and a flat, close-fitting lid make these handwoven baskets quiet but striking pieces in any room. They are minimalist enough for a contemporary space and textured enough to bring the warmth of handmade craft.

Each basket is woven by Wolof women in rural Senegal from millet grass, with white plastic threads worked in for added strength and durability. It takes 2–3 days to weave one by hand.

Choose your size

  • Large (20" H x 16" W): Tall enough to work as a laundry or towel hamper in the bathroom, or as a catch-all for scarves and hats by the door.
  • Medium (18" H x 14" W): Great for throw pillows, blankets, toys, or anything you’d like out of sight in the living room or bedroom.
