Where is your fulfillment warehouse located?
Our facility is located in Athens, Georgia — a custom-built, 22,900 square foot warehouse with over 80,000 cubic feet of capacity. Athens is strategically located 85 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, 225 miles from the Port of Savannah, 250 miles from the Port of Charleston, and 45 miles from the Georgia Port Authority Blue Ridge Connector (opening July 2026).
What fulfillment services does Mbare offer?
We offer comprehensive e-commerce fulfillment services including: omnichannel fulfillment, selling channel integration, accurate inventory management, quality control, customized workflows and packaging, branding support, kitting and labeling, barcoding, returns processing, and weekly customer service meetings.
What are your service commitments and guarantees?
We back our work with four commitments: Shrinkage — if we damage or cannot account for your product, we pay for it. Accuracy — if the wrong product ships to your customer, we fix it at our expense. Shipping — all orders ship on time within your agreed fulfillment window. Receiving — your products are received and processed within 24–72 hours of arrival at our dock.
How quickly will you receive and process my inventory?
We receive and process inventory within 24–72 hours of it arriving at our dock. That means your products are inspected, barcoded, labeled, kitted (if required), put away, and available to pick in under two days.
What does onboarding with Mbare look like?
The process starts with an Introduction call where we learn your needs, discuss pricing, and create a service agreement. Onboarding follows with inventory setup in our warehouse management system (WMS), team training, and detailed task checklists. Then we move into live Inventory Management with cycle counts and real-time discrepancy alerts.
