The Egyptian version of Christianity developed from a blend of cultures, merging pharaonic worship and ancient Egyptian history. Coptic crosses incorporate a rich amalgam of symbols, including the ankh, an ancient Egyptian symbol of life. Our filigreed crosses are crafted from coin silver and come with a lucite stand. Much like faith itself, they’re simultaneously substantial and ethereal.  The Coptic cross is widely used in the Ethiopian and Eritrean churches.

This hand held Coptic Cross is about 11" tall and 4.25" wide. They are a little bit more intricate in their design than the other 11" Coptic Crosses in this collection.
