This Dancer is attuned to the rythm of the music as well as the beating of their own heart. They know their path and are willing to traverse it. This sculpture is made using traditional carving techniques, simple tools, and generations of experience and artistry in Zimbabwe. It is carved out of serpentine stone which is polished with sand and beeswax. Fire is used to bring out the colors and textures in each piece upon completion.
