Most oversized items will arrive within 3-4 weeks and are shipped via a delivery service. Standard delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Please note that shipment to international locations, U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S., P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and express ship methods are unavailable for oversized items. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. International customers, contact us about shipping to your corner of the world. Our minimum shipping charge is $15, or %14 of the value of the order, whichever is greater. Please note that shipping heavy stone items is generally higher than the amounts indicated above and we will contact you to collect additional shipping charges.
Oversized Items
Very large orders (that require pallets) or orders that include oversized items will ship via freight carrier. Please note that the website will calculate an automatic shipping charge which will be deducted from the actual freight shipping quote. We will contact you with a shipping quote once the purchase is completed online for your approval.

Returns & Exchanges
All Mbare.com merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
Please note that all of our items are handmade. Slight variations in color of stone and wood may appear. No two items are exactly alike! This contributes to the uniqueness of your item and is a welcome feature of buying handmade. Thank you for understanding the handmade benefits and variations!
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event that an item is received damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible by either phone or e-mail (service@mbare.com). We will get back to you within 72 hours and determine whether to refund your account or send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please hold on to both the item and the packaging that they arrived in. You may be asked to hold on to these materials for 7 days in the event that the shipping company chooses to inspect them for claim purposes. If the damage is minor we may also choose to send you a return label via email so that we can repair the product in our warehouse.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Mbare.com is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We will accept and process all merchandise returns that are accompanied with an original packing list and arrive in good condition.
Refund process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. All orders are refunded in US dollars. In the event that your original method of payment is no longer functional a credit will be issued to your account for future use.
Refunds for merchandise purchased over a year ago that are not accompanied by a packing list will be refunded at their current selling price.
Exchanges
Before sending your exchange, please identify and provide us with the item number of the product that your purchase is being exchanged for by writing this number on your original packing slip and enclose it in your package. Each item's product number is printed below the product's image on our website.
Please note that the shipping fees outlined in the Shipping Information section for your country will be applied to exchanged orders.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment.
