This abstract giraffe family of four is carved out of serpentine, a typical stone used in Zimbabwean sculpture and found in many deposits throughout the country. Its beautiful colors vary from black to brown to green, dark orange and variegated.
The giraffe is a graceful animal whose long neck represents the ability to be visionary while still viewing the past and present.
