Wholesale Customers
Mbare now offers our wholesale customers the convenience of ordering online. It's simple and gives you access to the most up-to-date range of products that we are carrying. In order to receive our wholesale pricing, you need to set up an account. In the account setup screen, please enter your company information and place your reseller number in the field labeled "other." Once your account is set up, send us a quick e-mail to sales@mbare.com to notify us that you have set up your account. This will enable us to adjust your account to wholesale so that our wholesale prices are reflected when you are logged in. Existing customers who have an account with us, please select check as the payment method and your order will be invoiced in accordance with your payment terms. For customers paying by credit card, please select the appropriate card and enter your information.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Order - $200 for your first order.  There are no minimums thereafter.
  • Payment - Credit Card, COD, and Net30 with approval.  All initial orders must be either Credit Card or COD.  You must submit credit references in order to be considered for Net30 terms after your first order.  Your credit will be checked through Lyons Credit, and we will notify you of our decision.  Once a customer is approved for Net30 terms, Mbare reserves the right to charge an outstanding balance to the customer's credit card if payment is not recieved within 45 days.  If your invoice goes more than 30 days past due, you will be assesed finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the due date.
  • Cancellations - Please give us reasonable notive when cancelling an order.  All charges for refused shipments, not as a result of our error, will be billed to the customer.  This includes the return shipping fees.
  • Backorders - While we make every effort to ship your order complete, we do occasionally backorder items which will be shipped to you as soon as they are in stock.  If you do not wish to recieve backorders, you must specify "Cancel Backorders" on your purchase order.
  • Delivery - Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.  Out-of-stock and backordered items will be shipped when available unless otherwise specified on the purchase order.  Items may be modified, dropped, or discontinued without notice.
  • Shipping - We use both UPS and FEDEX ground as well as common carriers for large orders.  Shipping is FOB Athens, GA. 
    • Breakage, Loss, or Damage - Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving our warehouses.  It is the purchaser's responsibility to examine the merchandise for defects or ommisions within five days of reciept of shipment.  Any damages or discrepancies MUST be reported within 10 business days.
    • For Pre-Paid Freight only, Mbare will follow up with the common carrier for any breakage, damage, or loss caused by the carrier to the merchandise during transit. 
    • For Freight Collect, MBARE CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR MERCHANDISE WHICH IS DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER.  For these claims, the customer must report the damage to the carrier within 7 days.
  • Returns - No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior approval.  Please contact us in order to process a return.
